Spring 2026 Division Breakdown
CSA Tee Ball Division (Ages 4–6) - Little League Tee Ball
CSA Tee Ball is a fun and engaging introduction to baseball for our youngest players. The focus is on learning basic skills—throwing, hitting, fielding, and base running—in a safe and supportive environment. All players will start by hitting from a tee, and games are non-competitive with an emphasis on teamwork and enjoyment. As the players progress, players will be given the opportunity to hit balls thrown by the coach. Coaches ensure every child is involved and developing confidence while having fun on the field.
CSA Minors Division (Ages 6-8) - Coach/Machine Pitch - Little League Baseball
CSA’s Coach-Pitch Division is designed for players ages 6–8 who are continuing to build fundamental baseball skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Coaches pitch to players to promote consistent hitting and offensive development while emphasizing fielding, throwing, and teamwork. This division bridges the gap between instructional tee-ball and more competitive kid-pitch, preparing young athletes for the next level of play.
Our Coach-Pitch division is available to 6 year old players with previous experience and based on player evaluations.
CSA Minors Division (Ages 8-11) - Player Pitch - Little League Baseball
CSA’s Minors Kid-Pitch Division is for players ages 8–11 and serves as their introduction to live pitching and competitive baseball. Players develop key skills such as pitching, catching, base running, and defensive strategy in a positive, instructional setting. This division emphasizes learning the full game while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
8 year old players in this division must have previous baseball experience and placement in this division will be based on evaluations and registration numbers/ roster spot availability.
CSA Majors/ 50-70 Division (Ages 10-12) - Little League Baseball
Competitive baseball experience for ages 10-12. The CSA Majors Division provides a higher level of play for athletes seeking additional challenge and competition. Games in this division are played on a larger field than Minors, with pitchers throwing from 50 feet and bases set at 70 feet. Players can lead off, steal bases, and pitchers learn to hold runners- introducing a more advanced level of baseball strategy. This division emphasizes strong fundamentals while helping players understand the finer details of the game. It’s a great step in preparing athletes for play on the full-size 60/90 field. The teams in this division may compete with other local leagues and may have to travel to other parks in North Broward County.
CSA 50/70 Division (Ages 12–13)
The CSA 50/70 Division is played on an intermediate-size field with pitchers throwing from 50 feet and bases set at 70 feet. Designed for players who are not quite ready to move to the regulation 60/90 field, this division bridges the gap between Little League and full-size baseball. Players can lead off, steal bases, and pitchers learn to hold runners, introducing a higher level of strategy and skill development. Teams may travel to nearby parks for interleague games, and placement in this division is not guaranteed and depends on registration numbers.
CSA Junior Division (Ages 13-14) - Little League Baseball
Juniors division is the player's first opportunity to play on a standard sized baseball field (90' bases, 60'6" pitching). Available to players ages 13-14. Travel for games to other parks within Broward County is required. Placement in this division may be based on evaluation and registrations.
CSA Senior Division (Ages 15-16)- Little League Baseball
CSA’s Senior Division is for players ages 15–16 and offers a competitive baseball experience following the conclusion of the high school season in April. Teams compete against other leagues throughout Broward County, providing players with additional opportunities to develop their skills and enjoy more game action. This division emphasizes high-level play, teamwork, and a continued love for the game in a structured, competitive setting.
